I just want to share my experience here! I found myself in a very stressful situation, having just delivered my baby, who spent time in the NICU, while also needing to find a new home and move by a strict deadline. Lindsay and Valerie made the entire process so much easier than I ever expected! Lindsay walked me through exactly what I needed to do to get approved and helped my dad through the co-signing process, while Valerie made sure all our documents were prepared and sent over quickly. Knowing everything I had going on, Valerie even went above and beyond by arranging a lockbox for my keys so I wouldn’t have to make the 45-minute drive to the office with my newborn. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me during such a stressful time. I honestly don’t know if I could have pulled it all together so smoothly without them! If I ever have to do this again (which I hope I don’t, lol!), I would absolutely love to work with them again. We need more people like Lindsay and Valerie who genuinely care about helping others!

We had a large water leak at our home and Sam and Patty were amazing! They were quick to get an employee and their vendor out to fix it. They even called in the late evening last night to check on us. Very appreciated!

Craig had a good energy and was a riot to chat with. He did a detailed assessment of the fence and even bantered with me while looking over the fencing.10/10 for Craig J.

Chandler was here for a bad smell in our sink. He quickly discovered a bigger issue and replaced everything to new condition. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable are a few of his attributes. Thank you Chandler and Zenith Properties.

Great experience with Sam! Sam checked in often, was very helpful, and made sure everything was working smoothly. I really appreciated the great communication and being very responsive.

We had Highpoint Contracting Specalties come by and winterize our sprinkler system this morning, Chandler was friendly and make efficient work. He let me know what he would be doing, and when he was finished. Chandler always stops to say hi to my dog despite him being a menace and barking at him through the window. I think it helps my dog feel more at ease, he seems to like him!Chandler also noticed my gate needed repairing and put a note in for me. Very kind and efficient.

Patty Jayne was knowledgeable, thorough and prompt in all our projects. She was able to arrange to have all work wrapped up in a timely and complete manner such that my property was in prime condition and ready for the new tenants.

Electrician was totally awesome he replaced every flickering light with no issues or problems.Very respectful and professional he showed up on time
