Mitch and Marinna (with Zenith) are fantastic at managing and renting out properties…even through the tough times (ie. covid-19) I highly recommend Zenith.

If you’re looking for a rental home Zenith should be your go to service. They have been so helpful and so responsive. They helped us get into our new home in a matter of days. I will say we had applied to other other agencies and paid their fees and still haven’t gotten a response. If you need a home and do not need anymore stress then go with Zenith. Best experience I’ve had renting a home 😊

I looked at a lot of rentals with different property management companies and none of them were as clean and well kept as Zenith’s. I had great communications with the leasing coordinators, Sharleene Batingolo and Roch Castillo. They were always kind, patient, and very quick to respond! My walk through with resident manager, Caren Hill was great as well. She was super positive, detail oriented, and a great ambassador to my new landlords! I really appreciate such a positive experience during a stressful time.

This is a late post, but Billy was really on the ball for taking care of our lease renewal. We’re really looking forward to continuing living in this home.
