Had a maintenance request to fix our back door. Ramon showed up, he was very nice and helpful. He quickly fixed the issue and put in further notes to have the door replaced soon. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

Chandler was great! Did a super job cleaning gutters and drainpipe, and removed a mosquito attracting barrel. He was thorough and friendly, and did an excellent job

I continue to sing the praises of the management company Zenith. All of the staff treat us with professionalism and competence. We had a small maintenance issue a few weeks ago. Reggie at Zenith had the order put in and had someone out to our home the very next day. They are so friendly too. Always have time to chat and see how things are going in our home and neighborhood! And this is our 4th year living here. Wouldn’t live anywhere else and even hope for this kind of service. Thanks once again Zenith for making our lives so livable.

We use Zenith at work and I’ve nothing but great experiences with Ashli, Ali, Patty and the whole team there. Onboarding was a breeze and they have communicated phenomenally on every aspect of maintenance and repairs we’ve need since.

Zenith had Highpoint contracting repair our rental home sink and we are very grateful! Chandler was quick and kind to assist our leaky faucet.

Agent: Jonathan Casares Excellent job done with regard to closing on the house. We visited multiple houses and negotiated deals and ended up with a really good deal. He also has contacts when it comes to lenders, inspectors etc. who are actually less in cost and great in work. He was responsive and honest. He never tried to sell me a house but made sure I got a house for a good deal, in a good neighborhood that I’m happy about. He was responsive even after the house closing as well.

I used to manage the property myself, but was having difficulties with the tenants. A friend of mine recommended Zenith, so I hired them. Both Ali and Ford are very helpful, especially Ali who always called me or texted me back right away. Thanks to Zenith for rescuing me. I had a peace of mind and was able to sleep well afterwards.
