We have new systems in place to send notices when tenants pay paid rent. Owner clients appreciate this new communication tool in this new reality we are living in. Zenith understands the needs of our clients in this ever-changing climate. 

To date, we have sent numerous emails to clients with information that is topical about COVID-19, eviction moratoriums, updates on state orders and landlord rental law and practice.  Having a detailed plan only works if you’re able to effectively share it with the right people in a timely manner.
