Referring Agent Information

Please note, a current W9 must be provided prior to the referral fee being paid.
Zenith Properties NW, LLC agrees to pay the referring agent’s brokerage the referral fee based on the agent’s partner status in the program. This fee will be paid to the referring agent’s brokerage once the home is rented and under a current management agreement. For best results, we recommend that the referring agent prepare the owner for a phone call from Zenith. This will facilitate a smooth transfer.
