So if the air conditioner hasn’t been used in a while, now is a great time to have it serviced by an HVAC technician so that it’s ready to go when your tenants need it.

It may come as no surprise that it often rains here, so make sure gutters are clean and free of debris to make sure they control rainwater properly. Neglecting rain gutters can lead to soil erosion, roof damage, and pests.

With fluctuations in temperature and hours upon hours of sunlight, the summer months can be hard on roofs. Have the roof inspected by a professional contractor.
