Zenith's Broker and co-founder, Denny Miller attended UC Berkeley and enjoyed a successful career in sales and finance before moving onto his real passion, Real Estate. He purchased his first property 17 years ago and has never looked back. Denny's unique background in volume home investing gives him experience in home market & cash flow analysis, plus marketing expertise, which make him a superior Broker and Manager for this dynamic business. Denny and his team love to work with investors who are looking to grow, downsize or optimize their rental portfolios.

Denny is a relentless systems perfectionist and fanatical about personal growth and self-development. He is involved in many industry organizations, both to teach and to learn. Denny is the NARPM Portland Chapter President-elect for 2018 (National Association of Residential Property Managers), former BNI Clark County Chapter President, and a regular NWREI Speaker & Mediator.

Denny has written articles for the Columbian and Vancouver Business Journal and regularly volunteers for his church and local community. Denny's many hobbies include anything outdoors, especially biking and hiking. He makes it a priority to travel and spend as much quality time as possible with family.

Johanna Miller » Business Operations Director & Member

Johanna's journey began in California where she attended UC San Diego. Johanna's degree is in Urban Studies and Planning which she obtained while working for an Independent Marketing Consultant for Disney, Busch Stadiums and many large theme parks.

Johanna went on to become a top producing Executive Recruiter with Remedy Staffing furthering her love for people and desire for consulting. She was quickly asked to manage the Executive Recruiting Department as Sales Manager but ultimately decided to stay home with her young children after visiting the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Johanna became licensed in both Oregon and Washington to practice Real Estate in 2006. Her desire to help people, knowledge of property/real estate and highly developed organizational skills led her to Zenith Properties NW, LLC where she is currently Director of Operations.

It has been 13 years since Johanna began marketing and managing rental properties with her husband, Denny Miller, at Zenith Properties NW where they are both Principals. They delight in running the business together and with their complimenting skill-sets they are able to continually improve and impact others in a positive and meaningful way.

Brittany Gallucci » Senior Property Manager

Brittany worked in business five years before joining the Zenith team, all while simultaneously obtaining her degrees. Brittany is an avid reader with a passion for continuing education. She currently holds a Certificate in Management, Associates Degree, Bachelor's in Business Management, and is continuing to obtain her Masters in Sustainable Business, all while participating in an HR Program with Cornell University!

Brittany enjoys attending seminars and considers herself to be a lifelong student. Brittany has always been interested in Real Estate and is eager to obtain her license and focus her attention within the industry.

Mae Hofer » Broker & Assistant to the Designated Broker

Mae is an integral part of Zenith as a Broker and primary liaison for Denny Miller, Zenith's Designated Broker. She has an excellent track record in customer service and natural knack for organization.

Mae has had a passion for Real Estate since she was a child. Mae hit the ground running in Real Estate successfully working with a variety of homeowners and investor clients.

She is a continuous student in her field, learning new tools to implement for her clients' benefit.

Mae has a busy work schedule but finds time to explore great restaurants and the area's social scene.

She golfs and loves any activities that involve getting together with friends.

Molly Casteel » Senior Property Manager

Molly is a senior property manager with strong organizational skills. On top of her regular role at Zenith she often assists with processes. She graduated from WSU with a B.S. in Psychology.

Molly was chosen as a member of the Multi Family NW forms committee and makes regular contributions. MFNW is the number one provider of legal lease documents in the region.

On her off time she is usually involved with a project requiring her design skills. She also spends time at the gym, trying new restaurants and catching up on her favorite shows.

Tarek Kanso » Marketing Strategist

Tarek's background has been split evenly between academics and professional experience. He has spent five years in supervisory roles, as well as two in home maintenance work.

He's been a lifelong resident of Vancouver, giving him intimate knowledge of the market. That said, he's spent a lot of time traveling the world; his list is currently at seven countries, though he may have added a few more by the time you're reading this.

Tarek has a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.One day he hopes to be a college professor of business where he'll share all the success he has had in the world of property management.

Jordan Hull » Maintenance Coordinator

Jordan has a very important role at Zenith as our Maintenance Coordinator. He has the perfect background for his position with a unique degree in Building Construction Technologies with an emphasis in Design/ Build and Remodeling for residential homes. He also has years of hands-on experience in the trades and customer service.

He's often teaching our new clients about different aspects of home maintenance. He is well liked by everyone he comes in contact with.

He and wife Sara recently added a new baby girl to the family, baby Eloise. When he's not busy with his young family he also loves using his woodworking skills in a creative way. He also enjoys snowboarding, traveling, eating out, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Katarina Vela » Marketing Lead and Leasing

Kat was born and raised in Vancouver, WA. She was offered a scholarship to play softball at AIB College of Business. Kat graduated Cum Laude and obtained her BA in Contemporary Business Communications.

Kat's degree and can do attitude has served Zenith well. She is currently a Leasing Lead and Marketing contributor. She is a tremendous asset to Zenith in many areas of marketing development, specifically in the area of video marketing and production. In her free time she enjoys watching her fiancee, (a professional baseball pitcher) play baseball, coaching HS softball, playing with her dogs, going on hikes, playing co-ed softball on Sundays, and being with family.

Jim West » Commercial Property Broker

Jim West graduated from WUCL with a degree in Economics. He spent five years in the 1980's as principal partner with City Financial Group in Vancouver as a Financial Planner for small businesses and families.

He then spent 1 O years working for regional and national chain restaurants gaining a strong corporate background in finance, operations and expansion projects; followed by 1 O years of consulting and serving local investors providing everything from budget development, to construction supervision, to staff hiring and training. This background and focus led to establishing his firm Clark-West Commercial.

Jim has a long track record of civic involvement including Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Rotary and more.

Julie Parsons » Accounting Manager

Ms. Parsons has many years in accounting and management experience. Her degree is a BA from Washington State University where she was the VP of Community Services for Beta Alpha Psi, Nu Theta Chapter (International Honor Organization). She is also a Six Sigma Certified ­Green Belt.

Julie is a native of the area, born and raised in Salem, OR. Like most Pacific Northwesterners, she spends most her free time outside.

Bobi Jo grew up in Vancouver, and although she has lived in both Hawaii and California, she found her way back here and started working at Zenith. Bobi Jo was brought up in the real estate industry, with both her mom and brother being realtors and investors with her dad, which makes her a perfect fit for her role at Zenith as our real estate buyer's agent. She is passionate about the joy of helping a family find their place they call home.

Bobi Jo's 18 years experience in a career training environment as a Campus President, Finance Director and Admissions Representative has given her a well-rounded experience in the operations of business as well.

Stephanie’s role as lead administrator keeps her busy behind the scenes making sure all our processes and systems are running smoothly. Stephanie is a jack of all trades for Zenith. She is truly involved in most processes of the business. Stephanie is the brains behind the scene.

Although Stephanie has been with Zenith under a year she is an integral part of the team. Her lasted position as a Finance Director for a college makes her suitable for any task big or small that comes across her desk. Her experience as an administrator is vast and she is very dedicated to helping both employees and clients at Zenith.

Castilla is our newest team-member. She brings her optimistic attitude and customer service experience to the front desk and around the office. She fits her role by striving to constantly learn and improve at what she does. Originally from Southern Oregon, she now lives in Camas and has fallen in love with Clark County and its surrounding nature. She usually spends her time before and after work buried in a book or her journal, but she also finds time to trail run or do yoga on sunny days.
