Denny Miller

Designated Broker & Member

After attending the University of California at Berkeley where Denny Miller studied Economics, he returned to the Portland area to make it his home. Denny now has two adult children and two younger children at home. He values his family and his spiritual life. He is also fanatic about personal growth and development.

Denny has had a rewarding career in Real Estate and Property Management for 13 years. He purchased his first single family rental property in 2001. From 2001 to 2008 he was an investor and principle in over 250 real estate transactions involving both rental properties and properties that were purchased, improved and resold.

In 2009 Denny and his partner Johanna Miller formed Zenith Properties NW, LLC with the stated purpose of building the best professional residential property management firm in Clark County, Washington. In July 2009, Zenith signed its first Management Agreement with an Owner and the business was launched.

Initially Johanna was the Licensee and Denny performed the Property Management duties not requiring a real estate license. He has been Property Manager, Co-Owner and a Manager for Zenith since the start of the company in 2009. He first became a Real Estate Licensee in Washington in January 2010 and obtained his Washington Managing Broker’s license in March 2013. He was then appointed as the Designated Broker for Zenith Properties NW, LLC. Currently his role is as Co-Owner, General Manager and Designated Broker for Zenith Properties NW, LLC. Denny and Johanna, with the help of their professional staff, have been responsible for growing Zenith from its one initial client in 2009 to a firm that now manages more than 250 rental units with about 400,000 square feet for approximately 150 satisfied Owner clients.

Denny is also a member of the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce, Clark County Rental Association, the BIA of Clark County, the Clark County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Multi-Family NW Association and the National Association of Rental Property Managers where he is an RPM Candidate.

He has had many past affiliations such as Business Networking International where he served as President of the Clark County Chapter, the REIA Club, Toast Masters International and Summit Profit System where he has been a public speaker.  His years in finance and sales have made him an expert at evaluating growth opportunities within the field of home investing, and his expertise is regularly sought after by home owner investors.

Denny has attended a number of conferences and educational seminars such as NARPM Northwest Regional Conferences in Portland in 2009 and 2014, Spokane in 2011, Bozeman in 2012 and Tacoma in 2013 and the NARPM Owner/Broker Retreat in 2012, 2013 and 2014 in Las Vegas. He has gained additional insights from mentors and leaders like Brian Tracy, Jeff Kaller, Ron LeGrand and Jack Miller.

Johanna Miller

Business Operations Director & Member

Johanna’s journey began in California where she attended UC San Diego. One of Johanna’s most memorable jobs while in college was managing the Product Development Department for the #1 sold souvenir product at Walt Disney Parks. She interfaced directly with Disney’s Marketing and Art Department and managed sales with Disney, Busch Theme Parks & Baseball Stadium as well as the Duty Free stores. She graduated with a degree in Urban Studies and Planning while also working for an independent marketing consultant.

After college, Johanna found her love for people and consulting brought her to Remedy Staffing as an Executive Recruiter. She quickly became the top producer for this pilot program within 1 year. She was soon asked to manage the Executive Recruiting department as Sales Manager in 1998. After visiting the beautiful Pacific Northwest, she decided to move and take a break from her career and stay home with her two young children.

In 2004 Johanna returned to work as a Marketing Consultant in the Medical field. She dabbled in Real Estate and found she had a passion for connecting people with properties they could love and call “home”. Johanna passed the Oregon and Washington Real Estate exams in June of 2006. Her desire to help people, knowledge of property / real estate and highly developed organizational skills led her to Zenith Properties NW, LLC where she is currently Director of Operations. Johanna is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and continues her education by taking courses in management, ethics, marketing and finance. Johanna also makes a point of staying current on housing market trends, keeping Zenith (and her customers) on the cutting edge of Real Estate.

Johanna has been managing and marketing rental properties for more than eight years. She and her husband Denny Miller are Principals at Zenith Properties NW, LLC and they delight in running the business together. She enjoys developing and perfecting systems and loves the opportunity to work with & impact people in a positive way. Johanna has transferred her skills as a former Sales Manager, Marketing Consultant and Home Investment professional into the multi-dimensional & demanding field of property management.

Kandi Peto

Account Manager

Kandi has over sixteen years of experience in various accounting applications. She has worked as an accounting consultant for several companies here in the Northwest. Kandi has supported several clients with their on-going accounting initiatives, she has also been instrumental with several significant accounting “rescues” for clients. In addition she often provided CPA communication and Liaison support for clients needing to interface with their CPA for compilation, review or audit engagements.

Kandi graduated from Mountain View High School in Vancouver. She also received her accounting education at Western Business College in Portland, Oregon and attended New Horizons Computer Learning Center.

Kandi’s community service includes being active in her church, helping out in her children’s schools and activities.

Kandi resides in Brush Prairie, Washington with her four children Nickalas, Christofer, Hollie and Douglas. The Peto family enjoys hiking, river rafting, traveling and rugby.

Brittany Gallucci

Property Manager

Brittany is the newest member of our team! She has worked in business for the past 5 years while simultaneously obtaining her degrees. Brittany is an avid reader with a passion for continuing education. She currently holds a Certificate in Management, Associates Degree, Bachelor’s in Business Management, and is continuing on to obtain her Masters in Sustainable Business. She enjoys attending seminars and considers herself to be an indefinite student. Brittany has always been interested in Real Estate and is eager to focus her attention within the industry.

Brittany is a native to Vancouver, WA. Her work began volunteering with the Vancouver Housing Authority at a very young age, which she still continues today. She cherishes the opportunity to work with others and feels that enriching the lives around her will in turn enrich her own. Brittany has two daughters, Raegan, 4, and Taylor, 2 who keep her on her toes and provide constant joy. She is a hands-on learner with a fix it mentality that has enabled her to problem solve and fix items from iPhones to washing machines. She enjoys couponing, travelling, learning about different cultures, and enjoying life as it comes with her friends and family.

Mae began working with us in April 2014 and has quickly become an integral part of the Zenith Properties NW team. She has an excellent track record in customer service, a zest for organization, and a passion for real estate, all making her a great fit for property management. She loves to help prospective tenants find their perfect rental home. Mae is also majoring in public affairs and minoring in business administration at Washington State University Vancouver, and she’s well on her way to earning her real estate license.

Mae moved to Vancouver from Thailand when she was just three years old. Today, she likes to workout, do hot yoga, shop, and wonder around Portland with her friends trying new restaurants. She hopes to visit her hometown in Thailand more often, and to enjoy a career that combines her love for travel and meeting new people.

Molly Casteel

Property Manager

Molly is a bright young woman with a great track record in customer service, and she’s excited to start a career in property management. She graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University Vancouver with a B.S. in Psychology, and earned a Customer Service All Star Award while working at Nordstrom.

Molly enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Austin, and her Scottish Terrier, Maggie, as well as her family and friends. She is an avid coupon clipper and also likes to dine at new restaurants, shop, listen to music, and watch old movies. Molly was born and raised here in Vancouver, but someday she’d love to travel the world.

Rachel is one of the talented administrators that keep our office running so smoothly. In 2001, she graduated Cum Laude from the University of Oregon with a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature and Italian. She has been in the property management business for six years now and continues her education in the industry by attending seminars.

Rachel has been living in Portland for 23 years. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking (she loves spicy food!) and dabbling in photography. She and her husband have three children and love to watch them grow. They also have a dog and four chickens.

Becky Limberg

Leasing Agent

Becky Limberg was born and raised in San Jose, California. She worked for Nordstrom 15 years prior to becoming a leasing agent with Zenith Properties.

She has lived in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for over 23 years, and currently lives in Vancouver with her husband and (almost) teenage son not to mention her five awesome chickens and two dogs. She’s a true San Francisco 49ers fan, and that all began with her childhood dream of marrying Joe Montana.

Becky is a Master Gardener intern and loves kayaking, wine tasting, and relaxing in her backyard. She also enjoys volunteering for organizations such as Meals on Wheels, the Clark County Food Bank, NW Children’s Outreach, and at her son’s school.

Leinani recently moved to Vancouver from Southern California, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service. Outside of her rewarding career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, Leinani has always enjoyed exploring real estate. Over the years she has learned quite a bit about housing just by attending local open houses and taking note of the architecture.

In her younger years Leinani was a scholar athlete, playing on four high school varsity teams in Santa Monica before attending California State University at Northridge and Long Beach. She married her husband, Kris, in 2006 and their son, Tyler, is in Kindergarten. Leinani enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends as well as outdoor activities like cycling, rollerblading & hiking

Jordan Hull

Business Development Manager

Jordan Hull is originally from sunny Arizona. He found himself actually tired of the abundance of sun. Jordan and his wife Sara, his two cats Henry and Kali, packed up and moved to the beautiful Northwest. Jordan has stellar customer service attitude with many years of carpenter and remodeler experience. He also has a unique Building Construction Technologies degree from PCC with an emphasis in Design/Build and Remodeling of Residential homes. The Maintenance Coordinator position at Zenith is a perfect fit for both Jordan’s passion and experience.

Jordan truly enjoys many aspects woodworking and creating. In his off time he likes to work in his shop making ukuleles and other challenging wood work projects. He also plays the guitar and piano. Jordan works hard but also makes sure he finds time for snowboarding, traveling, eating out, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Jordan found himself drawn to the “tiny home” revolution around the globe. For the longest time he has fantasized about building a tiny home community. This community would fulfill the idea of living small. This tiny community would create a model for living a wholly green live style.
