- Eviction Protection Plan (optional). For $29.50 per month, per unit managed, Manager will pay legal fees and costs for legal actions related to a Tenant eviction on behalf of Owner, provided that the Tenant was originally placed in the Property by the Manager. However, if the Tenant contests the eviction, Owner understands and agrees that they shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred to litigate this action.
  
  The Eviction Protection Plan includes the following services:

  - - Court Filing Fees
  - - Attorney Fees
  - - Sheriff Lock Out Fees
  - - Hourly charges for Zenith to prepare court filings, negotiations, including settlements (Exhibit B of MA)
  - - Hourly charges for Zenith to make Court Appearances (Exhibit B of MA)
- Eviction Protection Plan Plus (optional). For $49.50 per month, per unit managed, Manager, in addition to providing the services described in the Eviction Protection Plan, will pay Owner up to one (1) month of rent that is lost, up to a maximum of $2500.
