Johanna has been managing and marketing rental properties for more than eight years, and she is loving every minute of it. As you might have guessed, Johanna is Denny’s wife, but she is also a Principal at Zenith Properties NW, LLC and they delight in running the business together.
She moved to the Northwest from California after attending UC San Diego where she majored in Urban Studies and Planning. She has always been interested in housing, and as a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, she continues her education by taking courses in ethics, management, marketing and finance. Johanna also makes a point of staying current on housing market trends, keeping Zenith on the cutting edge of Real Estate.
Together, Johanna and Denny have two fantastic kids; a boy, 10, and a girl, 14, and two spoiled-rotten West Highland Terriers, Sam and Glow. While the property management business is truly her passion, Johanna also loves to cook, read, hike and travel. She also enjoys decorating, following crime cases, and attributes “knowing a little about quite a lot” to her constant Googling. And, not many people know this, but in Jr. High and High School Johanna used to make extra cash by teaching classical guitar.
