Meet the Zenith Properties NW Team

Denny Miller
Member and Property Manager

Denny has spent most of his life in the Northwest. He and his family moved from Iowa in January of 1969. Although attending college at Berkeley he returned to the Portland area to make this his home. He has two grown children and two younger children. Denny values his family, spiritual life and his rewarding career. He also tries to find as much time for the outdoors as possible. You can find him frequently biking into work. Denny’s hobbies are biking, skiing, hiking and communing with nature. He is also fanatic about personal growth and development.

Denny has had a hugely successful career in the auto industry. He has been speaker and member of the local REIA Club, Toast Masters and Summit Profit System. His years in finance and sales have made him an expert at evaluating growth opportunities within the field of home investing. His expertise has been sought after regularly from many home investors. He has attended numerous seminars such as Brian Tracey, NARPM, Peak Potentials, Jeff Kaller, Ron LeGrand, Jack Miller and the lists goes on and on… Zenith Properties NW is not only his business but his hobby and passion.

Johanna Miller
Real Estate Agent OR and WA/Member/Property Manager

Johanna is originally from Santa Cruz CA. She went to college in sunny San Diego before departing to the Northwest. She has made the Northwest her home and loves spending time in the outdoors. Top on her list of “best things in life” is her faith, spending time with her husband, children and family. She also loves to travel, entertain and read.

Johanna has had a very successful career in sales, executive recruiting, and marketing before venturing into Real Estate. Real Estate is truly her passion. She loves working with people in the varied aspects of Zenith Properties NW.

Liz Albrecht
Client Accounting and Operations

Liz is a Washington native from the sunny Yakima Valley. She is a graduate from Washington State University with a degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. She is a huge sports fan. During baseball season she is typically on more than one team. During basketball season she is typically coaching a team or two. In between all of her sports activities she still finds time to volunteer for many various functions.

Liz is our longest term employee, approaching her work life in the same manner that she approaches her personal life. She is devoted, extremely efficient and detailed. Liz has witnessed the amazing changes and growth of the company since its formation.

James Daniels
Leasing/Renting Coordinator

James is a transplant from Northern California. James is many varied interests from sports, hiking, biking and spending time with family.

He has had a successful career in sales and unsurpassed excellence with client relations. James handles many of our showings personally and personally handles rental inquiry’s with aplomb.

John Torres
Maintenance Manager

John Torres and his family are new to the Northwest from sunny Las Vegas.  Like many of us, he chose the Northwest for a better family life.  John's work history is based on customer service and satisfaction.  He has management/foreman and lead technician credentials that are impressive.  In addition to having exceptional maintenance skills that include all elements of residential and multi-family maintenance, repair remodeling and constuction.  He also has a unique talent with solid surface restoration and repair.  John is a perfectionist and treats every job like it is his own.
