Pet Policy

Pet Guidelines

The following Pet Policy does not apply to Oregon Residents. Please call the Property Manager for details 503.906.1500 or email Info@ZenithPro.com for an updated Oregon Pet Policy.

1. Residents may have a maximum of 3 pets per home upon management approval. These may be dogs, cats, or a combination of both. A pet interview must take place before any pet is accepted. The pet owner must provide a picture, and certification of current shots prior to move-in.

2. Dogs must be kept on a leash AT ALL TIMES when outside the home. Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pet EVERYTIME. No exceptions.

3. Excessive barking and any other such noises will be considered a nuisance violation.

4. Fees are as follows (per pet):

Additional Refundable Security Deposit $200.00 &

One Time Pet Fee (Annually or for Lease Term) $195.00
or Monthly Pet Fee $25.00

5. Resident shall be responsible for any and all damages caused by the pet. If any items cannot be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired, resident must pay for complete replacement. Residents shall be strictly liable for the entire amount of any injury to the person or property of others, caused by such pet; and resident shall indemnify owner/lesser for all costs of litigation and attorney’s fees resulting from same. Any violation of Pet Guidelines shall result in a notice and a Notice Fee, per the terms of the Rental Agreement.
